Good to know

Questions before you choose the system

Is this a subscription or hosted field-service app?

No. It is a one-time digital purchase with a local Excel workbook and access to a tested native Google Sheets template. There is no Clearward account, monthly software fee, automatic dispatch, payment processing, or background sync.

Will it work for an owner-operator and a small team?

Yes. The workflow is designed for one purchasing business and reasonable internal use by its employees or contractors. Assignments, worker records, and status fields support a small operation without pretending to be payroll or workforce-compliance software.

Does it create, send, sign, or legally validate estimates and invoices?

It organizes estimate, invoice, payment, and balance records. Use only the customer-facing output or export steps documented in the delivered version, and verify every scope, amount, tax, term, contract, and requirement before sending it.

Does Clearward receive the business data I enter?

No. Your Excel file stays where you save it. A Google Sheets working copy is created in your own Google account. Clearward does not receive the customer, job, invoice, payment, or service records you enter.

Does this include lawn & landscape technical guidance?

No. Business administration only—not pesticide, herbicide, fertilizer, chemical, horticultural, landscaping, irrigation, safety, environmental, licensing, or regulated-application advice.
