Website use
You may use this website to learn about Clearward and follow links to Clearward products on Etsy. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy site content for redistribution or a competing product.
Digital products and delivery
Current Clearward products are digital downloads; no physical item ships. Each product package includes the original .xlsx workbook plus a PDF that provides access to a separately tested native Google Sheets template. Product scope, compatibility, price, delivery, refunds, and support details are stated in each Etsy listing. Save the original download and create a personal working copy before replacing sample records.
Licenses
Each download includes a Clearward license that applies to both the Excel workbook and the purchaser's Google Sheets copy. Most home and lifestyle products are licensed for personal household use; Farm Operations is licensed for one operation owned or controlled by the purchaser; and Clearward Trades products are licensed to one purchasing business for reasonable internal use by its owner, employees, and contractors. The applicable product license controls permitted users, backups, limited exports, and restrictions. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public posting, client-template distribution, and use to create a competing template are prohibited.
Compatibility and responsibility
Each current product includes two tested options: the original Microsoft Excel workbook and access to a native Google Sheets template. Microsoft Excel requires compatible software; Google Sheets requires a Google account to create and save a personal copy. Minor visual or platform differences may remain. Buyers are responsible for maintaining backups, protecting sensitive information, and verifying records before relying on them.
Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets are third-party products. Clearward is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft or Google, and their availability and account requirements are controlled by their respective providers.
No professional advice or compliance guarantee
Clearward products organize information; they do not replace professional advice, official records, inspections, manufacturer instructions, contracts, qualified care, or legal and regulatory requirements. Product-specific boundaries and disclaimers in the listing and included files apply.
Availability and warranties
The website and products are provided to the fullest extent permitted by law without promises of uninterrupted availability, universal compatibility, error-free operation, or a particular outcome. Clearward may correct, update, replace, or discontinue site content and products.
